As part of Guidepost Montessori’s national expansion Corporate Tenant Interiors provided pre-lease budgetary pricing and code analysis, paving the way for their first of many planned Massachusetts facilities. Construction which included transforming a shell space into 10 classrooms, 14 restrooms and 2 playgrounds was completed in 4 months.
