I am the founder of Corporate Tenant Interiors, we are a family run general contracting company in business since 1987. I grew up in the building trades and at the risk of sounding old, I’m proud to be able to claim 50+ years of experience. Much of that time was as a carpenter, foreman, superintendent, and project manager. I have extensive knowledge of all the trades which is a necessity of being a “maestro” weaving together the many components of a successful project. Especially when time is of the essence on fast track projects.

Unlike many of today’s “Rolodex” project management construction companies, we perform as much work as possible in- house. When you analyze a project carpenters and laborers are a constant thread of a project from beginning to end.  We perform all phases of these trades in house.  Our personnel are a constant presence  from layout - selective demo - framing - drywall - doors, frames and hardware - acoustical ceilings – flooring- millwork and finish carpentry. On larger projects we  will engage our subcontractor partners in those trades as well, however that’s done on a labor only basis, we provide all the materials, passing them thru to our clients at a 15-20% cost savings. This method gives us a competitive advantage yet allows us to have scalable resources for projects of various size and complexity.
